The Company:

The Role:
A Dubai based recruitment firm is currently look to introduce a new model of recruitment in the UAE and wider. Armed with the tools as given to you by the company – you will be responsible for generating your own business and managing your own recruitment cycle. You get to keep of your commission

Major Responsibilities:
? Establishing a short and long-term business sales plan.
? Lead generation
? Understanding all aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department.
? Overseeing the entire sales process from signing of contract to account management.
? Attending key meetings with clients.
? Working on account management plans.
? Spotting market trends and identifying business opportunities locally, regionally and globally.
? Participating in industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
? Networking with other directors in order to generate new business for the company.
? Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
? Carry out the full recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing candidates conducting initial assessments, 1st line interviews, CV review and assessment.
? Search for new recruitment sources
? Ensure the timely and cost effective fulfillment of all open requisitions with quality talent, and proactively lead updates on all open positions.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:
A university degree
A hunger and a passion to succeed
Good communication skills
Ability to follow guidelines and methodology
A great attitude and personality to fit in within the team and office environment

Compensation
This is a ZERO base salary role
BUT you get 80% of all commission generated
