Duties 
•    Providing quality administrative support to management, field sales team and support team members and basic receptionist duties
•    Written and/or verbal communication through correspondences including letters, e-mails and phone
•    Managing computer filing system for documents and records including client database (CRM tool)
•    Maintaining office files
•    Data entry for quotes and projects
•    Assist in answering customer calls and sales representatives calls / e-mails
•    Report generation and distribution as required
•    Internet research
•    Generate marketing letters to prospects on behalf of the Sales Representatives
•    Performing audits of current customers accounts to ensure proper enrollment and accurate pricing of the accounts
•    Package and distribute promotion / marketing materials  
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
•    Associate Degree, Bachelors Degree preferred.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
•    Must be Fluent in Vietnamese 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Quick learner of software (CRM software tools, specifically)
•    Strong ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
•    Ability to take the initiative and act independently to get the job done 
•    Demonstrated experience in problem solving
•    Strong team skills and ability to be self-directed and proactive
•    Customer service oriented
•    Must be detail oriented
