A professional Food and Beverage Area Manager responsible for managing all F&B operation locations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. He/ She should be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, vendors, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through a very high degree of customer satisfaction and positive employee engagement.
KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES):
? Managing franchisee outlets food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest quality standards
? Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
? Leading the promotions, customer service initiatives and managing 3rd party suppliers and providers for the various locations.
? Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards for all locations
? Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
? Contribute to the regular improvement of menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements in support of the franchisor
? Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns in person, phone and social media environments
? Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
? Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
? Comply with all health and safety regulations of the respective markets
? Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
? Propose and run joint marketing campaigns supported by the franchisor and third-party delivery service providers.
