The Company:
A well reputed multi-national turnkey solution provider that is specialized in healthcare, education, and mixed-use projects with head office based in Saudi.

The Role:
To be a senior member of the business development team with the main task of being involved in all of the company’s business development activities.

Major Responsibilities:
•    Strong business development strategist
•    Develop short- and long-range business development plans
•    Develop information and leads
•    Manage plans and budgets
•    Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization
•    Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
•    Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements
•    Planning and preparing presentations
•    Integrated communications planning and client account management
•    Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
•    Corporate development
•    Branding, marketing
•    Overseeing the development of marketing literature
•    Providing management with feedback
•    Report Writing
Qualifications & Desired Skills: 
•    A bachelor’s degree in business related discipline
•    At least ten years in the industry with at least 5 of those spent in the Saudi Arabia
•    Proven ability to win deals
•    The ability to lead a team
•    Excellent business sense
•    A positive attitude and strong initiative
•    A deep understanding of marketing principles
•    Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
•    Negotiation skills
•    Strong knowledge of real estate industry
•    Very familiar using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•    Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic is a big plus.
