The Role:

An experienced Sales manager person who will directly contribute to the development of company sales.

Major Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager main mission is to grow company UAE and GCC Business

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Key Account Sales managers
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. The sales manager will be directly in charge of our Top 5 flagship customers
  • Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
  • Liaising with Marketing to ensure offering consistency
  • Staying up-to-date with new promo solutions and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Traveling in our GCC market places

Qualifications & Desired Skills:


  • Proven experience as a Sales manager
  • Proven track records as Sales Representative
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • BSc Degree in Sales or relevant field


  • Strong network in the UAE retail
  • Strong business sense and FMCG industry expertise
