Looking for a senior sales manager who will be responsible for supporting the growth of the business through increased sales as well as build and developing a sales team.
The Sales manager main mission and main KPIs are as follows:
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Key Account Sales managers
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Achieve 40% sales revenue growth YOY
- Maintain sales force bench of 10 potential sales executives.
- Hire sales executives based on Top Grading
- Spend time with team members- 40 hours / month on training, coaching & joint calls.
- Ensure Economic Denominator set annually met for team as agreed and achieved within max 6 month of joining.
- 100% retention of existing clients
- 6 Q’s visits by sales managers- Min.
- One improvement suggested to Head Of Sales.
Salary for this is around 15k plus commissions
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- 8 years + of direct sales experience
- At least 2 years in a management sales position
- Relevant experience in IT Sales in the UAE
- UAE Driving License
