The Company:

A well reputable company specializing in automotive spare parts based in UAE.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Send inspection reports to service advisers with parts and labor costs
  • Order spare parts
  • Receive spare parts in system
  • Schedule the jobs throughout the week
  • Allocate jobs to technicians
  • Handover job cards to technicians
  • Take appointments from service advisers
  • Input data into excel sheets
  • Complete daily reports
  • Make internal invoices
  • In charge of daily schedule
  • In charge of getting consumables

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Hindi or Urdu
  • Capable of Communicating in Arabic
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good procurement skills
  • Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office
