Looking for 2 experienced Business Development Representatives to join our new sales team. Should have a well-groomed personality, outspoken with excellent communication skills and exposure to preferably call center environments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients from cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) Clients and Business Development Manager
- Report to Business Development Manager on sales results
- Update internal CRM with daily feedback
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Min High school diploma
- Min 1 Year experience in sales environment
- Sponsor Visa or Visit visa
- Ability to work
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Motivation for sales
- Ability of multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
