Our Client is the leading digital creative agency for luxury brands in the Middle East, blending art and technology to deliver cutting-edge results for world-renowned clients. We’re looking for a Finance Manager who can drive our financial success while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with Company’s goals.
• Budget & Cost Control: Oversee budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly and annual financial reports with insights for leadership.
• Cash Flow Management: Ensure effective cash flow management and accurate forecasting.
• Team Leadership: Lead the finance team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial health.
• Client & Vendor Management: Oversee billing, payments, and maintain strong financial relationships.
• Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulations and mitigate financial risks.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years as a Finance Manager, ideally in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CFA preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in financial tools like XERO is a must.
