Job Purpose:

As an Account Director, your primary responsibility is to oversee the management of all aspects of the project’s business and client relationships for Events and Media activities within the organization. You will lead strategic efforts to ensure the successful execution of projects, maintain strong client relationships, and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional client management abilities, and a strategic mindset to achieve organizational objectives and deliver exceptional experiences for clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Strategic Planning & Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and keep the company ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop comprehensive event strategies that align with the client’s business objectives, utilizing industry insights and innovative approaches.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage budgets for client projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and secure new business, contributing to the company’s growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the success of events, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth execution of events.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, client services, or event planning, preferably within the events or Media agency. Team player and strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English speaker both writing and speaking.
