4 main lines – POP displays, Exhibition and exhibitions including R3D, Interior fit-outs and retail furniture.

The Role:

We have 3 roles available in the Riyadh office  – Account Director and 2x Account Managers.

The Director will be looking after the account managers but would need the same sort of experience as below.

Both roles will be ultimately responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and

actively identifying new markets and business opportunities within POP


Major Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships using solid communication skills and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with estimators/engineers/ designers/production and logistic department to create a project plan.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project activities and progress: lead the development of the project, Scope, deliverables, quality assurance, timelines, to ensure that projects are managed and delivered in line with Company/Client standards and in order meet client expectations
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Identify risks and take corrective actions/escalate wherever required and ensure successful project implementation.
  • Any other duties as required.


Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • A University degree
  • At least 7 years for Director and at least 3 years for account manager of work experience in event planning and execution
  • Fluency in spoken and written English – Arabic an advantage
  • Good communication and networking skills
  • A keen attention to detail with thorough checking of all work
  • Can complete simultaneous tasks to deadline in a high pressure environment, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role managing a wide portfolio of regional and multinational client in similar industry
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, solution oriented and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
