Position: Assistant Logistics Manager – Urdu Speaking

Company: A big fashion and retail conglomerate.

Location: Riyadh

Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered.
• The candidate must be flexible, as shipments may arrive in the middle of the night sometimes, requiring visits to the port or coordination with team members.
• Responsible for monitoring the warehouse to maintain service logs, safety records, and other legal documents.
• Responsible for the Security and accountability of stock.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• The candidate must have custom clearance experience.
• Must be fluent in Hindi
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in logistics/shipping handling is required.
• Well-versed with port government regulations.
• Good knowledge of documentation/documentation clearance is expected.
• Reading, writing, and speaking basic Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
• A driving license is a must.
• Good knowledge of receiving shipments/goods in the port is necessary.
• Saudi Drivers license
