The Company:

A family holding investment office based in Abu Dhabi            

Major Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge across multiple asset classes such as equities, bonds, real estate, and private equity.
  • Executing transactions within the context of deal structuring, including performing
  • Valuation,
  • Financial modeling,
  • ECM, DCM financing analysis, and
  • Other types of quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Being part of the deal execution team with senior team members
  • Projects handled will be across functions such as Corporate Finance, M&A, Debt Advisory
  • Creating and preparing presentations in the context of transaction execution and/or business development
  • Preparation and delivery of proposals to corporate clients; documents reviews, liaising with other stake holders such as lawyers, advisors, bankers.
  • Accounting and audit.
  • Contributing to team discussions and client meetings
  • Work on several projects simultaneously across company business lines, collaborating to develop and execute solutions to meet client needs.
  • Should be fully conversant with Excel, Word and Power point and should be able to vet through different documents related to different business vertical across industries.
  • Conduct investment research for investee companies and help in post investment management.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with focus on strategy and finance.
  • Minimium level 2 CFA. + CPA or ACCA
  • Approx. 5 years of experience
