About the Company:

A regional leader in Mobile Thermal EOR services and Water Treatment Services

The Role:

To lead the Company’s growth across the region working directly with the owner in this small setup

Major Responsibilities:

  • Pursue new and different ways to expand revenue, anticipate new opportunities and leverage emerging market trends
  • Achieve desired outcomes by mediating, negotiating and managing business development and financial agreements with new and current stakeholders
  • Utilize market research, competitive intelligence, and Go-To-Market strategies to take strategic decisions on business development opportunities
  • Manage strategic alliances & partnerships by securing business relationships through effective client management & analyzing joint ventures/partners to identify & ensure best suited options for the business.
  • Acts as the Company representative with our local clients. Markets and secures additional work with existing and new clients.
  • Oversees establishment of Scope of Work, Cost Estimate, Schedule, Project Execution Plan, Weekly Status Reporting, Change Orders, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
  • Ensure the timely completion of allocated projects, managing the project scope and overall timelines as per the project charter and plan
  • Monitor project risks and suggest strategies and efforts to minimize and mitigate risks faced on allocated projects
  • Provide technical advice for clients and colleagues, when needed.

Qualification and Desired Skills:

  • University degree
  • Minimium of 5 years experience within a similar position
  • Strong Sales experience
  • Very good in negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and preferrable in Arabic as well
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Self-motivated and ability to ‘get things done’
  • Ability to work in complex and challenging environment
  • Willing to travel throughout the region
