Position Overview

As the Chief Marketing Off icer (CMO), you will be a critical member of the executive team, responsible for driving the company’s global marketing strategy and execution. You will lead efforts to enhance brand, accelerate customer acquisition, and scale business to new heights. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS businesses and is an innovative, data-driven leader who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Strengthen brand’s positioning in the B2B SaaS and intranet design markets.
  • Identify growth opportunities and spearhead go-to-market strategies for new offerings.

Demand Generation & Growth Marketing:

  • Drive scalable lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Optimize marketing ROI by improving conversion rates and lowering CAC while increasing LTV.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor, measure, and refine marketing performance.

Product Marketing:

  • Design and execute marketing strategies for product launches to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure customer-centric messaging and positioning.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed marketing team.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, inclusion, and results-driven collaboration.

Customer Engagement & Advocacy:

  • Develop strategies to engage existing customers, encourage loyalty, and grow brand advocates.
  • Oversee content, campaigns, and communication strategies that resonate with a global audience.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS businesses, ideally in a global market.
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, and Churn.
  • Successful history of leading global marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience building and managing distributed, remote teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
