Our Client is the leading digital creative agency in the region for luxury and public sectors, is seeking a visionary CTO to spearhead the development of a project,  groundbreaking ERP system and business super app.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and development of Baguette, ensuring seamless integration of sales, finance, and HR functionalities
• Harness the power of AI to extract and analyze crucial business data, empowering managers to make informed decisions
• Oversee the implementation of diverse features including payments, retail services, and communication tools within a single, cohesive platform
• Mentor and guide a team of skilled developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Develop and maintain robust APIs for integrating third-party services into the Baguette ecosystem
• Implement strong security measures to protect sensitive business and financial data

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading complex software projects, preferably in ERP systems or super app development
• Strong background in AI and machine learning, with a focus on business applications
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in REACT, PYTHON, and LARAVEL programming languages
• Knowledge of PyTorch and TensorFlow is a plus
• Deep understanding of integrating various business functions into a single, user-friendly platform
• Experience with API development and third-party service integration
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team of developers
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and scalable architecture design
• Knowledge of financial technology and payment systems integration
