Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
- Oversee the design and implementation of CRM systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with overall business goals.
- Manage a team of CRM specialists and provide guidance on best practices and performance metrics.
- Monitor and report on CRM KPIs to track the success of campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with their needs.
- Implement data privacy and security measures to protect customer information.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CRM systems with other business applications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s/Masters’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of team handling experience in CRM or a related role.
- Certification in CRM software is preferred.
- Experience in the Real estate’s 360 degree CRM vertical is highly desirable (Customer Care, Agents Department, collections, Contracts, etc)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret customer data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills to manage and guide a team of CRM Manager’s & Executives.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably Arabic speaking and reading
