Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at a leading luxury real estate development company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and a strong understanding of the luxury real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and clients.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, responding to queries related to property details, purchasing processes, payments, and general inquiries.
- Coordinate with various internal departments (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless customer interactions and support.
- Assist clients with property viewings, follow-ups, and negotiations, providing information on available units, amenities, and pricing.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of client interactions, ensuring records are kept secure and organized.
- Ensure all customer communications are handled in a professional, respectful, and timely manner.
- Provide clients with personalized recommendations and ensure that their needs and preferences are understood and met.
- Assist in preparing and delivering reports and feedback on customer satisfaction trends and issues to senior management.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting in the promotion of new projects, launches, and special offers.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in customer service or client relations, preferably within the luxury real estate or hospitality sector.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic/ Russian.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s luxury real estate market and trends.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
