The Role:

Employee Engagement manager specializes in creating and maintaining a positive, engaging and rewarding work environment for the Employees of The Company. The goal is to develop the organization that attracts and retains talented employees.

The Employee engagment managers focus on more than just financial compensation and benefits but also focus on ensuring employees feel valued and invested in their work.  The manager must be able to effectively communicate to organizational management the importance of listening to employees and making improvements.

For this role the candidate must by fluent in English and Arabic
