The Role:

The FM Director is responsible for establishing and executing the Maintenance Strategy for a major O&M Project in Riyadh, KSA.        

Major Responsibilities:

  • Establishing the O&M vision over the short, mid and long terms.
  • Defining specific O&M objectives for the short, mid and long terms.
  • Designing new effective maintenance work processes, policies and procedures. 
  • Implementing the technological platform to run the maintenance work processes.
  • Leading a team of Maintenance Engineers and FM professionals towards maintaining and continuously improving maintenance work processes.
  • Managing a group of specialized O&M contractors in Hard and Soft FM. Aligning the specialized subcontractors with the set O&M Vision and Objectives.
  • Creating a positive working environment with a special focus on QHSE aspects.
  • Driving improvement throughout the organization on the organizational, operational, technical and quality levels.


Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Minimum 18 years previous experience in the field of Facilities Management out of which 5 years in a Senior Position;
  • Proven experience in managing the implementation of CAFM systems (such as Maximo or INFOR)
  • Holder of a “Facility Management Professional” (IFMA) certification;
  • Holder of an Engineering Degree from a reputable and recognized university in the fields of Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
