Position                  HSE Manager / Sr. HSE Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HSE Manager / Senior HSE Engineer to oversee safety compliance at HQ and project sites.

This role involves advising clients and teams on risk management and safe practices, monitoring contractor compliance, reviewing OHS plans, preparing reports, conducting audits, and delivering training. The HSE professional will also investigate incidents, promote injury prevention, and ensure effective communication between management and the OHS team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary OHS contact and lead at HQ and project sites.
• Advise clients on managing project hazards and risks.
• Ensure site activities comply with OHS standards and regulations.
• Guide project teams on OHS requirements and review project-specific OHS plans.
• Monitor contractor compliance with OHS regulations.
• Prepare and submit OHS reports; organize weekly and monthly stats.
• Lead OHS meetings and promote safety culture.
• Develop and enforce OHS plans, conduct audits, and evaluate OHS staff.
• Coordinate and deliver OHS training.
• Ensure effective communication between management and OHS.
• Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures.
• Promote injury prevention and stay updated on OHS practices

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:

• A bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 Years in the construction industry and 5 years in a Managerial position.
• Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or Above.
• ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification
• OSHAD Certification.
