The Company:

iRecruiter the global Recruitment Marketplace platform connects Employers to Freelance Recruiters Globally. Started in the UAE in 2018 we are looking for expansion into the UK / European Market. The startup is currently unfunded.           

The Role:

Being a startup, we are looking for a candidate that can do it all with us. Someone that believes in the platform and its future growth. Someone that can handle the up’s and down’s of a startup. The candidate will be responsible for growing business in the UK market by reaching out to HR managers and presenting company services. There is no hard sell required as the service is free to use.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Initial platform pitching which include cold calling, cold emails, follow up calls and relationship management.  
  • Taking a lead role on tenders and new business pitches
  • Playing a key role in developing marketing material to support business development
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of sector market trends and identifying new business opportunities
  • Account Management – Work through with Clients to get them posting and engaging on the platform as well as returning to the platform for future growth.


Desired Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Ability to work on one’s own and be self-motivated
  • Hungry, driven and determined
  • Perfect spoken English with perfect telephone manner
  • 2 years of pervious business development experience.
  • Have outstanding people management skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Target driven
  • Salary 5,000 – 6,000AED plus commission
