The Company:
A multi line business powerhouse in the region, with operations in Dubai & Riyadh. 

The Role:
This role will be responsible to handle direct sales and customer relationships of Sterilization & Disinfectant business across all B2B + B2C sectors and government entities across KSA in addition to building relationship and leads with key strategic customers and entities across the market. The sales channel lead will also be responsible to maintain the company’s reputation and corporate identity. This role will report to the General Manager of RGS Sterilizers & Disinfectant Trading LLC.

Major Responsibilities:
•    Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
•    Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
•    Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
•    Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
•    Manage the value chain workflow between production, supply & logistics to ensure stock availability 
•    Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. 
•    Develop RTM and distributorship models with leading distributors across all 3 regions in KSA to maximize product availability and reach across different channels in the market
•    Collaborate with the marketing team on potential sales leads and develop promotional calendars for Top Customers. 
•    Achieve sales targets set by the company in addition to capturing incremental selling opportunities as per the business plan set by the management team 
•    Build relationships with the B2B sector clients and government entities
•    Assist in development projects, and other tasks related to the brand & Rely Group development as assigned by the General Manager of RGS on an adhoc basis

Qualification & Desired Skills:
•    At least 8+ years in sales management roles 
•    Experience across all Saudi cities/regions (Riyadh, Jeddah & Dammam) 
•    FMCG OR Pharmaceuticals sales background is a + 
•    Experience in managing operation & logistics 
•    RTM development & distributor management 
•    Solid customer and distributors network in the Saudi market 
•    Excellent negotiation and linguistic skills 
•    Proficient in English & Arabic Speaker 
•    Action oriented and energetic 
•    Drive for results 
•    Solid presentation & analytical skills
