Job Title: Product Lead- Financial Services
Location Dubai -UAE

A company that support Corporates in VISA applications, VISA submissions and VISA approvals, travel insurance as well as FX with a smooth application experience.

JOB PURPOSE:
The company is looking to launch new products into the market this role will be the Product Manager or Leader (BD, Marketing, P&L and product launch)

The Candidate will focus on Business Development, marketing strategy, product initiation and profitability.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be innovating and continually thinking of new products to launch into the market that compliment the current business model.
  • Identify new opportunities (Conventional & Non-Conventional) that will contribute to revenue generation
  • Conduct pre scoping, scoping, and research activities to validate new products as well as new prospective clients/ customers
  • Negotiate with service providers for any new products to be launched
  • Prepare sales proposals to be delivered to potential clients and will be responsible for closing deals on time and ensuring all paperwork is updated and kept up to date.
  • Will need to analyse sales statistics and prepare reports for the management presentations
  • Ensure achievement of revenue & sales targets
  • Design & formulate proposals, presentations and sales pitch and pitch to clients/ service providers/etc.
  • Manage sales activities for the clients/ customers etc. depending upon their specifications within the region
  • Act as the point of contact for external customers and communicate customer requirements and specifications to Internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise and work closely with the Visa Application centres in the region to ensure successful project roll outs as per customer / client specifications/ requirements
  • Control, Monitor & Audit the Deliverables for the company to ensure compliance to defined quality standards
  • Liaise with the Legal team for drafting legal agreements and obtain necessary approvals
    Ensure adherence with local regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/ customers to ensure customer satisfactions and thereby enhance profitability
  • Ensure maintenance of Client Relationship, retention and Customer Satisfaction
  • Expected to keep up to date on industry trends, launch new business models and monitor the sales, prices, and products of competitors.

 

Qualification & Experience:
Education: Minimum: Graduate or global equivalent degree
Additional: Postgraduate/Diploma in Business Management or global equivalent degree

8 – 10 years’ experience in Business Development – specially having financial product background

A current network or client corporate list
Ideal candidates from Corperate banking background or Insurance service

Must have a deep understanding of insurance products and FX.
