In this role, you will play a critical role in driving our sales strategy and building and inspiring your team to bring in the best results. While maintaining strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to enhance business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the sales team including Associate Sales Directors and Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales targets. Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and guide performance.
• Provide leadership and drive culture that drives continuous improvement while developing the talent and happiness of team members.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue.
• Oversee and maximize the performance and value of our real estate portfolio, conduct market research to discover new opportunities, and stay current on market trends.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, agents, and industry professionals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of real estate strategies.
• Monitor sales data for insights and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for impactful promotional campaigns.
• Present sales reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of real estate industry experience in the region, with a proven record as a Sales Leader. (the track record will be confirmed)
• Excellent leadership abilities and the capability to efficiently handle a team.
• Have commercial experience in Real Estate and related sectors.
