Job Description

We offer specialized services in events Design, Organizing, Management, and production, including services such as renting audiovisual (AV) and lighting and providing top-tier production and fabrication services. We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our growth and success in the market.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying potential business opportunities, acquiring new event opportunities, and building strong relationships with partners and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.


  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the events industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
  • Arabic Speaker
