Position – Senior Marketing Manager -Fashion 

Location – Riyadh- KSA

Company- A fashion and retail conglomerate company with a large base across GCC.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive sales in the fashion sector.
  • Create marketing plans that align with the company’s objectives and target market.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and integrate best practices into campaigns.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development and consistent application of brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Manage brand identity and ensure all marketing materials reflect the brand’s image and values.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and in-store promotions.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for improved results.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Lead the creation of compelling content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand and engages the target audience.
  • Oversee the creation, scheduling, and posting of content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, tiktok, snapchat).
  • Develop social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Monitor and respond to customer interactions on social media in a timely manner.
  • Ensure content is SEO-optimized and tailored to target audience preferences.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize data insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute fashion shows, product launches, and other promotional events.
  • Coordinate with designers, vendors, and other partners to ensure successful event execution.


Supplier and Stakeholder Communication:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage collaborations to align with marketing goals.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing direction and support.
  • Foster a creative and collaborative team environment.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenses and report on budget performance.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes for senior management.

Influencer and Affiliate Marketing:

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and affiliates to promote the brand and products.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and track their impact on brand visibility and sales.
  • Develop and oversee affiliate marketing programs to increase online traffic and sales.

Online Advertising:

  • Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Allocate the budget efficiently to maximize ROI from digital advertising efforts.
  • Continuously optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.

Digital Partnerships:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant digital platforms, apps, and websites to expand the brand’s online presence.
  • Negotiate terms and manage relationships with digital partners.

Skills and Competencies:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Fashion Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within the fashion industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing digital marketing campaigns and social media presence.
  • Experience in planning and executing fashion shows, product launches, and other industry events.

Please note- fluency in Arabic is needed for this position.
