The Company:

A large semi government Agriculture / FMCG multi-national company with head office in Abu Dhabi

The Role:

Working alongside the head office in Abu Dhabi – you will be responsible for building out the operations in Saudi, based out of Riyadh. Currently there are no operations based in Saudi although a lot of business going through the UAE office mostly trading in Agriculture raw products.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Company Set-up: Coordinate set-up activities of the new entity both in KSA and along with the legal team locally
  • Business plan and operating model: Prepare business plan along with the trading team
  • Development of commercial opportunities: Study the market and develop a plan to grow the team locally in KSA
  • Executive reporting on take-over progress to senior management on weekly basis OR as needed
  • Other related activities as may be deemed necessary


Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Saudi National
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in a consultancy background
  • MBA graduate from a top business school
  • Experience in consultancy in Agriculture or FMCG or Retail
  • Experience in building business simulation / assumptions + financial planning
  • Very good communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Great analytical skills
