Job Description 

We are looking for a reliable Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience, to manage the execution of High-Rise towers while demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction your job will involve working with a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring that each stage of the project happens time, on budget and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day functioning of the projects from inception to completion, establishing timescales, costs, and resources needed to deliver a project.
• Drawing up a detailed plan for achieving each stage of a project, and setting up goalposts, and deliverables as per the agreed plan.
• Negotiating with contractors and suppliers
• Managing and leading the project team, Coordinating and directing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Recording and managing project issues and escalating when necessary.
• Managing Coordination with Consultants Contractors and other parties’ stakeholders.
• Detailed project planning and control.
• Sharing the status report with the senior management.
• Review drawings and specifications for their accuracy and relevance and ensure they are aligned with the project plans.
• Review the conditions of the contract and manage the tendering process.
• Track work to be completed, set deadlines, and delegate tasks to your project team, identifying any potential risks. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with exposure to both interiors and civil works.
• UAE developer Experience in high-rise residential and commercial towers is a must.
• Knowledge of MS Projects / Primavera is required.
• Working knowledge of ACAD is preferred
• Good Knowledge of Contracts, FEDIC is expected.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and understanding of relevant rules and regulations, and quality standards.
