Studio Manager

Location– Dubai

Summary – The “studio manager” is part of the marketing team he/she reports to the marketing director and manages a team including 2 Graphic designers.

To oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. The primary objective is to create a productive, organized, and collaborative environment for the team.

 

Job Description

The studio manager oversees the planning of the design task until the final item/project delivery.

  • Couponing campaign designs
  • Digital campaign designs
  • Trade marketing event designs
  • Corporate communication designs

Studio Operations Management:

  • Oversee and streamline studio workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain studio schedules, assign resources, and track project timelines.
  • Manage studio budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure the studio’s equipment and facilities are well-maintained.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, support, and motivate a team of designers.
  • Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and develop studio talent.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive studio culture.

Project Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the creative teams and the campaign managers.
  • Monitor progress on projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Address workflow bottlenecks and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure the perfect execution of Couponing design deliverables.
  • Ensure the perfect execution of Digital campaigns.
  • Manage and supervise our suppliers: From Purchase orders to Delivery orders.

Strategic Development:

  • Identify opportunities to improve studio processes and implement innovative solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support the company’s broader goals by aligning studio operations with business objectives.

Offering & corporate communication tools:

  • Oversees our Corporate identity, through our social media platforms Stay updated on industry trends
  • Improve our solutions’ design efficiency, performance, and communication layers

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in studio management, creative production, or a similar role.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Creative Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development.
  • Mastering creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and project management software (e.g.,Trello, Asana).
  • Good understanding of web programming and UX UI design software for digital services
  • Understanding of the following technologies: InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), JavaScript, WordPress, code editor, Design Systems, emailing platforms, and Google analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
