The Role:

Maintain key contacts for technical clarification in maintenance and responsible for all technical communication.  Involved in the development of technical skills of the maintenance team. Arrange for resources and also help in solving technical problems as and when needed.


Major Responsibilities:


  • Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across maintenance duration
  • Able to guide the team through the troubleshooting, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively
  • Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration where required
  • Checking the regular routine for Preventative Maintenance and the technical scope of work
  • Regular site visits under AMC and making sure the system in place is running smoothly
  • Must provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members
  • Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability
  • Prepare technical guidelines for maintenance team


Desired Qualifications


  • Bachelors of Engineering or IT as minimum
  • Project Management skills are essential; certification will be an asset
  • 8-10 years’ experience in project management in security services companies
  • Must have extensive knowledge of UAE
  • Project Management skills
  • Very good command of English; good command of computer skills
  • Resource management skills and ability to handle complex/sensitive issues
