Job Title:        Administrative Assistant

Company:       Trade Finance/Import-export /Commodities Trading – Our client in involved in trading and shipping activities now cover over 25 countries, with full-service offices in Saudi Arabia, India and Singapore.

Location:        Dubai, UAE

The Role:

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Dubai. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks such as answering calls, managing schedules and correspondence, organizing events, and coordinating travel arrangements. The Administrative Assistant will also be required to liaise with other departments and provide support as needed.


  • Manage company day-to-day affairs and administrative tasks.
  • Handle registrations, filings, and documentation required by regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare letters, documents, and correspondence as needed.
  • Coordinate operational activities and assist in project management tasks.
  • Prepare documentation such as invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members and management.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in handling import/export documents
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar filed
  • Excellent time-management, organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.

Budget – 8,000 to 10,000 AED -Negotiable based on experience.
