The Role: Receptionist (UAE National)

The Company: A leading special needs Pediatric Centre

Location -Dubai


The Role:

The Receptionist will be responsible for the front-of-house management and act as the face of the organization.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Routine Administrative & Technical Support Activities
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
  • Manage and answer the queries from the Parents, and schedule appointments as requested.
  • Meet and greet clients.
  • Direct visitors
  • Answering, directing, and screening telephone calls
  • Compose letters and memorandums.
  • Schedule meetings and reserve rooms for meetings
  • Distribute mail.
  • Prepare materials for conferences, meetings, etc
  • Maintain the filing system.
  • Prepare and expedite purchase orders.
  • Maintains and processes forms.
  • Performing other duties assigned
  • Occasional travel booking


Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relatable field
