The company is a tech-enabled visitor and community management system, that aims to make life convenient, hassle-free, and secure for the residents of a gated community, offering a SAAS-based software to cater to the needs of the residents and building management.

Job Description

A Business Development employee has to take care of the entire customer life cycle with major focus on acquisition. He is responsible for an end-to-end sales process which involves; Lead generation, Cold Calling, Meeting with Clients, Prospecting, converting into customers and finally overseeing excellent after sales services. Must be energetic, well-spoken, eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Minimum 2-6 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.
  • Should have interest on Business development (B2C/B2B) for Software Application Products/solutions.
  • Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution.
  • Researching potential leads from open market, web searches, or digital resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 – 4 years’ prior industry-related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate with excellent communication.
  • An outgoing personality, tenacious attitude, good listening skills and unlimited drive to succeed
  • Should be proficient in English language, knowing regional language Hindi and Arabic will be a plus Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • The work schedule: Monday till Saturday 9am till 6pm. Sunday is off
  • Relevant experience in lead generation
  • DL is mandatory/own car
  • Should have interest in fieldwork (Min 6 hours fieldwork/day)
  • Work from the office /onsite work
  • The previous experience in business development of client acquisition is a plus point
  • Selling SAAS experience in Dubai market (added advantage)
  • Real estate and good market connection
