The company is a tech-enabled visitor and community management system, that aims to make life convenient, hassle-free, and secure for the residents of a gated community, offering a SAAS-based software to cater to the needs of the residents and building management.
A Business Development employee has to take care of the entire customer life cycle with major focus on acquisition. He is responsible for an end-to-end sales process which involves; Lead generation, Cold Calling, Meeting with Clients, Prospecting, converting into customers and finally overseeing excellent after sales services. Must be energetic, well-spoken, eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Minimum 2-6 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.
- Should have interest on Business development (B2C/B2B) for Software Application Products/solutions.
- Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution.
- Researching potential leads from open market, web searches, or digital resources.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 – 4 years’ prior industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate with excellent communication.
- An outgoing personality, tenacious attitude, good listening skills and unlimited drive to succeed
- Should be proficient in English language, knowing regional language Hindi and Arabic will be a plus Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
- The work schedule: Monday till Saturday 9am till 6pm. Sunday is off
- Relevant experience in lead generation
- DL is mandatory/own car
- Should have interest in fieldwork (Min 6 hours fieldwork/day)
- Work from the office /onsite work
- The previous experience in business development of client acquisition is a plus point
- Selling SAAS experience in Dubai market (added advantage)
- Real estate and good market connection
