Position: Graphic and digital designer
Location-Dubai
Company- The Company: Delivering marketing solutions to retail chains and consumer goods designs Intelligent Promo Solutions that influence shopper’s behavior and delivering data.
Mission: The Graphic and digital designer is part of the marketing team. Their main responsibility is to design the company’s campaigns and projects, as well as integrate and launch the digital campaigns in the company platforms.
Reporting to- Studio Manager,
Collaborating with- Campaign managers, full stack developers, and marketing executive
Couponing
- Design and prepare the printing files of the POSM as per the briefs received.
- Design and prepare the printing files of all the deliverables for the Trade Marketing Events (Main Key Visual, an Adaptation of shelf communication POSM, flyer, roll up, web banners, Instore communication, social media communication)
Gamification
- Participate in the campaign brief feasibility checks.
- Design the game pages and develop assets in accordance with the campaign’s wireframe.
- Integrate and configure the designs on the gaming platforms.
- Test, and implement the final configuration steps.
- Launch and keep track of the participation to ensure a proper flow.
- Recommend improvements and new features.
Corporate
- Design and update the website in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Design the company’s corporate projects such as social media posts, logos, and templates.
Profile
- Ambitious, creative designer with the willingness to grow beyond the design spectrum.
- Proactive, multi-tasking with time-management skills.
- Design software
- Three or more years of experience with a printing house or similar, preferably with a creative agency.
- Five or more years of experience with design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere.
- Proficiency in illustration and animation.
- Basic HTML skills/ Knowledge of one of the following is a plus: WordPress, Sketch, Figma, Visio, Code Editor, and Arabic language.
- Experience in FMCG creatives is an advantage.
