To help us reach this incredible goal, we are looking for a talented and brilliant VIP Account Manager to join our VIP team in Dubai (UAE).

Responsibilities
- Manage on a daily basis close relationships and support with our VIP users
- Keep track and monitor on the VIP users activity on a daily basis including sales and up sale promotions
- Build personal relationships and create a personalized experience for them
- Track and monitor the VIP players activity on a daily basis
- Provide customer care through various channels and handles
- Gather feedback and propose improvements to customer experience
- Cross teamwork with all aspects of marketing, monetization, features and products
- Build and deliver ongoing content, promotions and activities – where the KPI is to bring players to their next level
Requirements
- Fluent English and Arabic – MUST
- Previous experience at sales or customer support roles, preferably from B2C companies
- Strong communicator, customer-centric, proactive and target driven
- Must be aware of local traditions
- Might require travel around the region – particularly Saudi
Nice to have:
- Passion for social apps
- Knowledge of additional languages
- Prior experience with support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, etc)
