We are looking for a talented, creative and highly organized marketing executive to join our fast-paced marketing team and play a crucial role in implementing our marketing strategy across both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Duties include performing market research, strategizing with the marketing team, create and optimize content to aid in the success of marketing campaigns.

This role includes several different responsibilities from planning and strategizing, campaign execution, organizing events to performing research and advertising.


  • Executes established branding and marketing strategy of the group within pre-agreed budgets.
  • Conduct market research to assess current trends and brand awareness.
  • Works with managers to oversee the implementation of marketing plans, including promotional materials, advertising opportunities, and client acquisition.
  • Monitor and report on competitors’ activity and market trends to identify opportunities and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy.
  • Draft, coordinate and oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, Video production, website content, blogs and social media accounts.
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords’, LinkedIn etc… to increase company brand awareness.
  • Managing the marketing database and email distribution
  • Manage the ongoing communications schedule including internal and external comms,
  • newsletter, emails, print ads, webinars, trade shows, printed and digital literature, to drive engagement, increase leads and conversions.
  • Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly coherent marketing campaign reports using data analysis tools.
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.), adjust and report to marketing manager.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing, update website content and collaborate with web developers and designers to improve user experience.
  • Planning, posting, reporting and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media
  • Organizing events, exhibitions and promotional activities and supporting the Marketing Manager in completing agreed activities
  • Ensure that marketing plans are executed according to project budgets and timelines.
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
  • lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities.
  • Executes and coordinates CSR activities.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Act as brand guardian, providing advice and guidance to colleagues as required.



  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Extensive knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), social media management tools and LinkedIn advertising (e.g. Hootsuite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager), and email marketing tools (eg. SendInBlue, Designmodo, hubspot etc)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Office 365; and intermediate skills or knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Master Collection.
  • Proven experience in creative content writing and content creation
  • Ability to coordinate external service providers in the fields of all Marketing- and Branding activities;
  • Some IT background in terms of education or prior work experience is mandatory.
  • Able to work long or irregular hours when required for events and campaigns.


  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
  • Digital Marketing certification is a must.
  • CIM foundation or level 4 is a plus


  • Previous working experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role minimum of 3 years
  • Demonstrated background in content management, creative writing, advertising concepting, direct mail, print, media negotiations, and online advertising
  • UAE experience essential market understanding, marketing channels, agencies, etc.


  • Possess great communication and interpersonal skills, creative, resourceful and a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal English, Should be Bilingual ( English & Arabic)
  • Organized, meticulous, results-oriented and can handle stress and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form; copywriting and design skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency.
