Role –                          Export Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for an Export Sales Associate to join our team, in this position you will help us sell products to overseas customers, do due research on potential markets, conduct personal selling visits, organize sales promotions, and negotiate sales contracts.

Responsibilities 

  • Acts as a middle person for the purchase or sale of products between both domestic and overseas companies.
  • Processing global export sales orders and assisting in expanding existing or developing new export markets.
  • Serve as a secondary contact for international clients.
  • Work to develop new business and growth opportunities.
  • Utilize in-depth industry, Product knowledge in white goods to build credibility and become a trusted advisor with customers.
  • Be knowledgeable about the details of the export business to ensure that all regulations are followed.
  • Negotiate and monitor export rates and services to reduce operating costs and increase profitability.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and look to find winning solutions.
  • Manage all export sales and ensure compliance to all procedures of organization.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in Electronics sector such as white goods (Air conditioners, fridges, TV, washing machine and home appliances electronics).
  • Experience in the MENA, CIS, and African market.
  • Product knowledge in white goods.
  • 6 years + experience in the sector.

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

Possess great communication and interpersonal skills, creative, resourceful and a team player.
