Role: Project Manager

Company: An international multidisciplinary architecture consultancy that offer a unique portfolio of architecture, planning, engineering, and Project Management. The company specializes in large Hospitality projects and high-end villas.

Job Description: The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful timely delivery of projects, that all aspects of the deliveries of projects are being progressed in an organized and integrated manner, and that all parties concerned are communicating and cooperating.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Ensures all project team members are properly briefed on the project scope, objectives, and basis of design.
  • Provides the principal point of contact with clients for the delivery of project services.
  • Responsible for coordination with the client and/or his duly appointed representative.
  • Attends meetings with the client and technical meetings chaired by the client’s project management team.
  • Setting up the project administration and finance processes in accordance with the company management system and the specific requirements of projects.
  • Ensures that delivery of services is in accordance with the project agreement/ contract and achieves the financial objectives set at the commencement of the project.
  • Attends project coordination meetings as required.
  • Prepares project execution plan and project quality plan and monitors the delivery of project services, as required.
  • Prepares and revises project team organization structure as required.
  • Appointments and briefing of all required sub-consultants for projects, as required.
  • Executes day-to-day management of projects.
  • Prepares project progress reports.
  • Prepare and revise project schedules.
  • Monitors resources and generates resource planning data.
  • Prepares design changes and change management with clients, as required.
  • Updates project risk registers and reviews them with the Managing Director or Project Director or Senior Project Manager, as required.
  • Other duties and tasks as may be required, assigned, and/or instructed by the Managing Director, Project Director, and/or Senior Project Manager.


  • Minimum 10 years of experience.
  • Architectural / Civil design or Project Management degree.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in UAE.
  • Must have experience with High-end Hotels and preferrable on High-end Villas.
  • Previous experience with a multi-discipline design consultancy firm or a similar role with a well-known contractor.
  • Strong knowledge related to resources management and procurement strategies.
  • Strong knowledge related to UAE authorities’ requirements and approvals procedures.
  • General knowledge related to Structural and MEP systems.
