Company: A big fashion and retail conglomerate.

Location: Riyadh

Role: Project Manager – In this position, you will be taking care of the Facilities Management for Retail stores (Retail fashion and Retail F&B)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Overseen project execution to ensure adherence to plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers to implement design concepts accurately.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Create and manage project budgets, track expenses and ensure cost control.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
  1. Team Management:
  • Build and lead project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities.
  • Motivate and manage project staff, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Foster a safe and productive work environment.
  1. Vendor and Subcontractor Management:
  • Select and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet project specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet expectations.
  1. Risk Management:
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.
  1. Communication and Reporting:
  • Regularly communicate project progress to stakeholders, including clients and upper management.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, status updates, and presentations as required.
  1. Compliance and Regulations:
  • Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and permits.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction activities.
  1. Change Management:
  • Handle change orders effectively, assessing their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget.
  1. Problem Solving:
  • Address and resolve project-related issues and conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Make decisions that align with project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Fit-Out Projects Manager or a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Auto cad is must.
  • Traveling across KSA.
  • KSA/GCC experience is a plus.
