The Company:

A large multinational Oil and Gas firm based in Sharjah

The Role:

The Receptionist will be responsible for the front-of-house management and act as the face of the organization.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Routine Administrative & Technical Support Activities
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all time
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Direct visitors
  • Answering, directing and screening telephone calls
  • Compose letters and memorandum
  • Schedule appointments and update the company calendar
  • Schedule meetings and reserve rooms for meetings
  • Distribute mail
  • Prepare materials for conferences, meetings etc
  • Maintain filing system
  • Prepare and expedite purchase orders
  • Maintains and processes forms
  • Performing other duties assigned
  • Occasional travel booking

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relatable field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same role
  • Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently (Speaking/Reading)
