Job Title: Sales Engineer KSA -MEP/HVAC

Department: Sales Department

Reporting to: Regional Manager

Job Purpose:

Responsible for maximizing our sales potential in KSA Market, by maintaining the right channel partners and providing them with the required trainings and support by creating Specific, Measurable, &

Achievable sales goals, while working to increase sales and distribution in the assigned region.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for sales and promotion of valves & accessories in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and recommending solutions to enhance business.
  • Identify business opportunities by establishing contacts with new and existing corporate customers.
  • Specify our products with the consultants/ Clients by adding our brands name to the vendor list.
  • Grow the revenue & gross margin as per the company targets plans.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Awareness of competitor activities/their products and discuss the data with the Regional Manager to facilitate the necessary strategic planning by the management.
  • Providing technical product support and evaluating the project needs and specification.
  • Make appropriate product selection for the projects.
  • Prepare sales reports, daily visit reports, project projections and prognosis.
  • Coordination with the accounts department for payment follow-up and collections.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team.


Minimum Requirement [Knowledge Skill and Experience]

  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering with technical knowledge about MEP products – preferably HVAC.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluency in English Language.
  • Computer skills.
  • With KSA Driving License.
  • With good network of MEP Contractor / Consultants in KS
