Company:  A FX and CFD broker globally – managing UAE

Position Overview:

As the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of a CFDs (Contracts for Difference) brokerage firm, you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operations, strategy, and growth of the company. This position requires a combination of strong leadership, industry expertise, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of the regulatory environment in which CFDs operate.

Salary – up to 30k plus +housing+transportation+bonus+commissions+visa+medical+air ticket

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term business goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the executive team and employees, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.


Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and compliant functioning of all departments, including trading, risk management, compliance, finance, and customer support.
  • Implement effective policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, ensuring high-quality services and satisfaction.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the company’s financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and take appropriate actions to achieve profitability targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with financial partners, including banks, liquidity providers, and payment processors.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure the company’s compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements governing CFDs and financial services.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and proactively adjust business practices and policies accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization and implement effective risk management practices.

usiness Development and Growth:

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company’s client base and revenue streams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional clients, regulators, and industry organizations.
  • Drive marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.

Team Development:

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and ensuring employee engagement and satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a CEO, managing a financial services company or a brokerage firm. (minimum 5 years of CEO experience)
  • In-depth knowledge of CFDs, financial markets, trading platforms, and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance within the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, financial statements, and key performance indicators.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic industry, staying ahead of market trends and developments.
