The Role: Senior Marketing and Communications Manager (will be head of marketing)

The Company:  A prop tech Venture backed prop-tech company

About the Role

We are looking to recruit senior-level professional ( Marketing, PR & Communications) who oversees and manages a small inhouse team (4 people)  for all marketing, PR & Communication activities within an organisation.

They are responsible for developing strategies, managing budgets, setting goals, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels, allowing b2b & b2c the opportunity to know and understand the Company’s product through comprehensive marketing campaigns


  • Collaborates with graphic designers, growth team and Product Lead to take our new products and services for b2b & b2c across platforms
  • Working closely with management for investor communications and PR
  • Responsible for Marketing plans for each quarter
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • Establishes & builds relationships within PR to ensure opportunities are presented
  • Assumes responsibility for preparing/producing monthly board/investor pack
  • Produces monthly reports/data on marketing activity
  • Creates competitions that run across socials for b2b
  • Ensures regular & scheduled emails to b2b/b2c
  • Oversees management and directs requirements of database in conjunction with database manager
  • Works with our freelancers to curate blogs/articles of interest on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand requirements, trends
  • Work with HR to develop, implement & oversee EVP as well as internal comms


  • Degree in Marketing/Communication/PR
  • At least 6 years’ experience in Marketing preferably within a Fintech startup environment
  • Must have UAE experience – KSA a plus
  • People Manager experience – small teams
  • Solid track record in Marketing, Communications & light PR
  • Thinks creatively and outside the box to bring ideas to life
  • Ability to put out visually appealing content
  • Results & data driven
  • Understands marketing for service-related product
  • Experience in digital product
  • Confident in executing projects within a timely manner
