Responsibilities
- Invoice, Pick/pack and check all approved sales orders using the FIFO method of Inventory Management – local and export orders. Ensure all packed orders are delivered via efficient route planning.
- Adherence to Invoicing cut-off times, Export dispatch timelines
- Receive, Unpack, Check and shelve inbound shipments using the FIFO method of inventory management.
- Report any variances and damages in inventory to management and Accounts immediately.
- Liaise with Internal Stakeholders (sales team, accounts, training) to ensure customers receive their orders on time and any delivery delays are communicated in a timely manner.
- Product expiry tracking is conducted on a monthly basis.
- Maintain a warehouse maintenance register and ensure all third-party contractors are conducting services as per the schedule.
- Lead the warehouse team, drivers/packers, and be responsible for inventory/warehouse upkeep, security. Be an adequate leader, boost team spirit and morale and lead with an example. Develop a member from within the team to be a suitable backup for the warehouse operations at all times.
- Prepare the warehouse for monthly/annual stock take.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Company Standard Operating Procedures at all times.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, attested both in home country and U.A.E embassy (MOHRE)
- 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse lead role managing employees
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to work with all levels of company staff
- Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English, Arabic is a plus)
- Advanced degree in engineering or logistics (not necessary)
- Proficiency with SCM+ for warehouse management
- Experience in Beauty Products Distribution company is a must
- Willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA (will temporarily travel from DXB to KSA from time to time)
- Experience in SAP system
- Can join immediately
