We exist to assist clients in reaching their long-term financial objectives by advising clients through digital investment journeys that are simple and intuitive. Our mission is to redefine how high net-worth wealth management is conducted in the UAE and the rest of the GCC.
About the Role
We’re looking for experienced Senior Wealth Advisors to join our team and help us grow our client base through client acquisition and relationship management. You will be responsible for attracting and retaining clients within our digital investment platform, providing financial advice, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. You will also be responsible for mentoring future wealth advisors and working closely with the product team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and increase client acquisition.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to our target market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, opportunities closed deals, and follow-ups.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to stay up to date with industry trends and expand your network.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the financial services or wealth management industry
- Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of the wealth management industry and its trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- The salary range for this position is AED 12,000 to AED 15,000 per month, plus a competitive commission structure based on achieved sales targets. Additionally, various benefits include healthcare and end-of-service benefits.
