Position:  Wealth Management Director

Industry -Finance- Digital Wealth Management start-up in the UAE

Location – Abu-Dhabi-(hybrid work model available if the candidate is located in a different emirate)

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Senior Wealth Advisors to join our team and help us grow our client base through client acquisition and relationship management. You will be responsible for attracting and retaining clients within our digital investment platform, providing financial advice, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. You will also be responsible for mentoring future wealth advisors and working closely with the product team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract clients within our digital investment platform.
  • Provide financial advice to clients and help them make informed investment decisions based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Mentor other wealth advisors, providing feedback, guidance, and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing communication.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on the product and suggest improvements based on clients’ feedback.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in wealth management Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and financial planning strategies
  • Ability to understand clients’ financial goals and risk tolerance and provide appropriate investment recommendations.
  • Proven track record of success in client acquisition and relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

Salary Range:

Basic Salary + Equity, the ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and would have a preference to be an equity holder considering the stage of the company.  Salary would be increased with AUMs managed within the platform. Additionally, various benefits include healthcare and end-of-service benefits.
