Position: Marketing Executive
Location: Dubai Media City
Company: A Small independent boutique retail promotional company, delivering marketing solutions to retail chains and FMCG brands.
Job Description
- Participate in workshops to increase our solutions portfolio.
- Market the new solutions: coordinate with the solution provider to customize the solution as per our local
- market requirements, propose rate cards in line with company gross margin standards, and develop a sales tool kit to support the sales team in the brand recruitment process.
- Coordinate internally the new solutions project management and back office.
- Brief our sales team on new solutions launching.
- Design and coordinate trade marketing events (from concept proposal to closing reports)
- Find strategic partners for our trade marketing events.
- Support the Operation team for the execution of trade marketing events.
- Brief Design team
- Animate marketing client’s consultancy workshops and coordinate selected project execution.
- Improve our team’s promo expertise through weekly workshops and insight sharing.
- International and local Market research/ Market watch
- Track existing solutions’ performance through KPIs tracker updates.
- Coordinate campaign corporate communication (Social media content, newsletter, events)
- Participate in yearly budget analysis and recommendations.
- Assists Marketing Manager
Scope
- Meetings: Daily huddle, Weekly individuals, Projects management milestones
- Main KPIs: Solution sales and contribution margins
- Tools: Good experience with project management tools
- Reports to Marketing Manager
Profile
- Higher education in Commerce and Marketing.
- 3-5 years of proven track records in operational marketing and project management
- Passionate in Marketing, brands, and customer engagement
- Analytical mind and attention to detail
- Curious, Rigorous, and tenacious with good interpersonal skills are the qualities for this position.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Creative software, and project management tools
- Knowledge of the retail industry and the FMCG sector
- Perfect English is mandatory. Arabic speaking and writing are a plus.
